RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At the moment we are not accepting returns. Due to the nature of our products used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will be happy to take care of it for you. Please email info@chilantisessentials.com within 5 business days of your delivery and we will be happy to assist.
To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require photo-proof and your order number. You must also ship back the unused product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
